Connect an AI assistant

Let ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant search CALA plans and check your own orders for you. You sign in and approve the connection, and the assistant can only ever see your own data.

Connect your assistant

ChatGPT

  1. 1.Open ChatGPT connector settings and turn on Developer mode (read the notice it shows). If you don't see it, ask your ChatGPT admin to enable it.
  2. 2.Open the new connector dialog and paste CALAFLY as the name and your connection address as the URL.
  3. 3.Review the details, tick "I understand and want to continue" (ChatGPT shows this for every custom connector), then click Create.
  4. 4.Sign in to CALA and approve the connection when asked, then enable CALA from the chat composer and ask ChatGPT to use it.

Claude

  1. 1.Open Claude's add-connector dialog — the name and address are already filled in for you.
  2. 2.Review the details and click Add.
  3. 3.If the form doesn't open, go to Claude's Connectors page, choose Add custom connector, name it CALAFLY and paste your connection address.
  4. 4.Sign in to CALA and approve the connection when asked, then enable the connector from the chat composer and ask Claude to use it.

Claude Code

  1. 1.Run this one line in a terminal:
  2. 2.Start Claude Code and type /mcp to confirm CALAFLY is connected (it will ask you to sign in to CALA first).
  3. 3.Ask Claude Code to use CALA.

Other AI assistants

  1. 1.Open the assistant's MCP server or custom connector settings.
  2. 2.Create a remote MCP server connection.
  3. 3.Name it CALAFLY and paste your connection address.
  4. 4.Finish any sign-in or authorization prompts.
  5. 5.Enable the connection, then ask the assistant to use CALA.

Refresh after we change things

A connected assistant remembers the tool list from when you connected. When CALA ships improvements, refresh the connection so your assistant picks up the latest tools.

ChatGPT

  1. 1.Open ChatGPT's Plugins page and select CALAFLY.
  2. 2.Scroll to Information and click Refresh.
  3. 3.If the address has changed, delete the app from Plugins and connect again with the latest address above.
  4. 4.Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use CALA.

Claude

  1. 1.Open the Connectors page and select CALAFLY.
  2. 2.Refresh or update the connector's tools.
  3. 3.If the address has changed, remove the connector and connect again with the latest address above.
  4. 4.Ask Claude to use CALA.

Claude Code

  1. 1.Start a new Claude Code session — it loads CALA's latest tools when it connects.
  2. 2.If the address has changed, run claude mcp remove calafly, then run the install command above again.
  3. 3.Ask Claude Code to use CALA.

Other AI assistants

  1. 1.Open the assistant's MCP server or connector settings.
  2. 2.Select the CALAFLY connection.
  3. 3.Refresh the tool list, reload the server, or reconnect it.
  4. 4.If the address has changed, paste the latest address from above.
  5. 5.Start a new chat and ask the assistant to use CALA.
