CALA is a service provided by Rapidez Internet Solutions Limited, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom, registered office 124 Fergusson House, London EC1V 2NX, VAT GB441 9929 65 ("we", "us"). By buying and using a CALA eSIM, you agree to these terms.

Service

CALA provides prepaid data-only eSIM plans across our supported destinations. Coverage and speeds depend on the local networks we route through and are not guaranteed.

Fair use

"Unlimited" plans include a fair-use policy: after the fair-use cap, speeds may be reduced for the remainder of the validity period.

Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. Local currency conversions displayed elsewhere are approximate.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
